How do I book a vehicle?
Search for a vehicle, choose your dates, then follow the booking flow. Your identity and driving licence must be verified before any confirmation.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, a booking can be cancelled as long as it has not started. The refunded amount depends on the applicable cancellation policy.

Which payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed securely by credit card through our provider Stripe.
When is the deposit charged?
The deposit is pre-authorised at the departure inspection and released after the vehicle is returned without dispute.
