The data controller is DriveShare SAS. For any question regarding your data, you may contact the Data Protection Officer (DPO) at the address given in the legal notice.

We collect identification and contact data, identity and licence verification information, vehicle and booking data, payment data (processed by Stripe), messaging exchanges, and technical browsing data.

Data is processed to perform the contract (account, booking and payment management), to comply with legal obligations (invoicing, fraud prevention), and on the basis of legitimate interest (security, service improvement) or consent (marketing communications).

Your data may be shared with our processors strictly necessary to the service: Stripe (payments and identity verification), Twilio (SMS), Meilisearch (search engine), as well as hosting and technical providers. No data is sold to third parties.

Data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes pursued, then archived or deleted in accordance with legal obligations (notably accounting and tax) and applicable limitation periods.

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to give directives on the fate of your data after your death. These rights are exercised with the DPO. You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (CNIL).
